Welcome to Elevo OS. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our production and order management platform. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
Staff members are granted access based on their organizational role (CEO, Admin, Supervisor). Unauthorized access or sharing of credentials is strictly prohibited. Customers are granted access to track their specific orders and approve designs.
Custom jersey orders are manufactured according to the specifications provided at the time of order confirmation (size, fabric, player names/numbers). Once production has begun, changes to specifications cannot be guaranteed.
Invoices are generated upon dispatch of goods. Payment terms are as agreed upon during order confirmation. Outstanding balances are subject to tracking via our FIFO (First In, First Out) payment allocation system.
Elevo OS and SN Sports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods ordered.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
