For Staff (CEO, Admins, Supervisors): We collect your name, email address, and role assignment via Google OAuth.

For Customers: We collect your phone number, name, and order details (team names, sizes, jersey numbers) to fulfill your custom jersey orders.

To process and fulfill custom sports apparel orders.
To communicate order status, design approvals, and delivery updates.
To generate invoices and process payments.
To maintain internal production tracking and quality control records.
